My name is Bridget Quebodeaux, and I'm a Feldenkrais® practitioner with over 13 years of experience. I began my Feldenkrais training while studying acting at Depaul University in Chicago. I completed a 4-year Feldenkrais professional training program with Russell and Linda Delman and Alan Questel in New York.  I earned a Masters degree from California Institute of the Arts and am currently working on a MA in psychology.  I have a private Feldenkrais practice in West Los Angeles, and I teach Awareness Through Movement® classes and see clients for Functional Integration® sessions at The Center For Physical Health (also in West LA).

My clients come to me for a variety of reasons. Some are recovering from an injury or surgery. Others need help managing the symptoms of a chronic illness or alleviating anxiety and/or depression. Some are in the helping professions (doctors, therapists..) and are interested in self care and being more helpful to their patients.  Others want to run faster or swing their golf club with more grace and efficiency.  Because my work is not about curing people, but rather about helping people to utilize the intelligence of their own bodies toward health and healing and overcoming any obstacles they face, I often have the pleasure of seeing my clients achieve their goals---whatever they may be.

In addition to seeing clients and teaching classes for the general public, I offer continuing education workshops for mental health professionals (BBS provider #4661). See the classes and workshops page for current and past offerings.
